Loews Miami Beach Hotel

The transformation of the Loews Miami Beach Hotel began with a concept from Simeone Deary that introduced a clean and serene palette with a global ambiance. The renovation project included a total remodel of the hotel’s guest lobby, including bar and restaurant. Complementing the expansive chandelier, linear lighting fixtures were concealed within the millwork throughout, around the bar and dramatic cove lighting highlighted an expansive art installation. Coordination of internally illuminated art with fiber transformed the art. Fiber optics were also incorporated within the terrazzo flooring to bring sparkle and elevated elegance. The minimized presence of concealed lighting throughout the space allows the eye to take in the elegantly edited vibe, stunning embellishments, and immersive guest experience.
