Situated in the heart of Chicago’s Fulton Market, 345 N. Morgan is a boutique office developed by Sterling Bay. RE Journals describes it as “an office by designers, for designers”. The design’s focus on arches, including a precast arch at the entrance and arched windows, played a key role in developing the lighting design concept for the project. The modern, sleek lobby is inspired by industrial materials and urban decor, with lighting focusing on the reception desk and living wall art installation. On the top floor, the monumental double-sided fireplace serves to balance the space and create intimacy, which is reinforced by decorative pendants highlighting and humanizing conversation areas.
