As 2024 comes to a close, AKLD Lighting Design commemorates the conclusion of its 30th Anniversary. What began as an idea, has evolved into a leading lighting design firm known for its innovation, creation and illumination. With locations in Illinois, Colorado, Florida, and Mexico, AKLD has become a leader in the lighting design industry throughout North America and beyond.

In recognition of this milestone, AKLD hosted a memorable celebration at the Wilmette Harbor Club, where over 150 key clients, partners, family, and friends gathered to honor the company’s journey. The event was filled with laughter, shared memories, and heartfelt toasts, honoring the collaboration and trust that has been central to AKLD’s success.
