Tammy Dyce, LEED AP
Senior Lighting Designer
Tammy brings a rich technical background to her practice of lighting design. She holds a BS degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado with an emphasis on Electrical and Lighting Systems. Since 2005 Tammy has been consulting in a leadership role in all project phases for medium and large-scale public lighting projects on the West Coast and in Colorado. Her passion for architecture and ability to understand the practical and procedural application of electric light allow her to create unique illumination goals and achieve them within the built environment.
Tammy’s experience includes interior and exterior illumination of educational facilities and campuses, libraries, auditoriums, community centers, and municipal streetscape master plans. Her expertise includes design programming, documentation and specification of lighting and lighting control systems, including daylight responsive and energy-saving lighting controls, lighting calculations, and renderings. Her distinctive skill set gives Tammy the ability to communicate effectively with clients and bring solutions that meet project needs with beauty and effectiveness.
